VERTICAL SOLUTIONS
is looking for a site manager – rope access technician to lead and supervise teams on urban and light industrial construction sites in Montreal and its surrounding area
Missions
- Supervise a team of 2 to 4 rope access technicians on various construction sites
- Ensure the safety and quality of field operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and rules
- Ensure communication with clients as needed
- Prepare and submit site reports within the given deadlines
Profile
- SPRAT, IRATA, CQP, CATC or equivalent certification (Level 2 and/or 3)
- Minimum one year’s experience as a site manager
- Good physical condition and ability to work in difficult conditions
- Valid work permit and presence in the territory
- ASP construction card
- First Aid & CPR Certifications
- Valid driver’s license
Terms
- Location: Montreal and its surrounding area
- Compensation: $35/hour to $40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Benefits: overtime pay, 1.5x time, double time, travel allowances beyond 150 km ($150 to $200/day), paid office hours, possibility of a company car
- The candidate must have a valid work permit in Canada

Missions
- Perform various tasks in difficult access areas under the supervision of the site manager
- Working as a team to ensure the safety and quality of interventions
- Strictly apply safety procedures and company rules
Profile
- SPRAT, IRATA, CQP, CATC or equivalent certification (Level 1 or higher)
- Experience in rope access work
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Valid work permit and presence in the territory
- ASP construction card
- First aid & CPR training
- Permis de conduire
Terms
- Location: Montreal and its surrounding area
- Compensation: $28/hour to $35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Benefits: overtime pay, 1.5x time, double time, travel allowances beyond 150 km ($150 to $200/day)…
